T-Joint Covers are factory cut and used to cover and seal the intersections of three or more layers of membrane,also known as “step-offs.”T-Joint Covers are made with 60 mil non-reinforced membrane and measure 4.5” in diameter.They are available in white, gray, tan, dark bronze,slate gray and other colors upon request.

Installation Instructions
Installation shall be installed in accordance with the recommendations and specifications of the roofing material manufacturer. Keep T-Joints in plastic bag in until installation to avoid an oxidation.
Center T-Joint Cover over the intersection in the membrane field.
Begin heat welding at center point, progressing outwards as you weld.
Completely weld the cover, using the edge of the roller to press the T-Joint Cover into step-offs.
