Ⅰ. Base requirements
The base is clean and there are no sharp objects on the surface.

Ⅱ. Process flow
Base cleaning → laying polyethylene film → laying insulation board → pre-laying TPO waterproof membrane → fastening TPO waterproof membrane with fasteners → hot air welding TPO membrane → strengthening treatment of node parts → inspection and repair → organization acceptance
Ⅲ. TPO waterproof membrane construction steps
1. Remove debris and debris from the surface of the base.
2. Lay a layer of polyethylene film, and the polyethylene film is overlapped with self-adhesive strips.
3. Lay extruded foam insulation board and fix the insulation board with special fasteners.
4. Pre-lay TPO waterproof membrane: Arrange the TPO waterproof membrane on the insulation layer according to the elastic line control position. The laying direction of the membrane is perpendicular to the corrugation direction of the corrugated steel plate. Arrange the naturally loose membrane on the insulation layer according to the contour. The membrane should be kept flat and straight without distortion. The overlap width is 120mm, and it should be properly cut.
5. TPO waterproofing membrane fixing: fasteners and gaskets fix the material 30mm away from the edge of the membrane along the marked line.
6. Membrane overlap: one sheet of membrane overlaps another sheet of membrane, so that the fasteners and gaskets are covered under the waterproof layer, and each edge is welded by a welding machine. If double welds are used, inflation detection is required.
7. Node processing: cut the sheet of membrane suitable for the corresponding node, and use a handheld welding gun to weld the sheet to the large surface membrane.
8. TPO waterproofing membrane end: the end is fixed with a pressure strip and sealed with a sealant.
IV. Acceptance Standards
1. Guarantee items: The materials, performance, and specifications of waterproofing membranes, fasteners, and pressure strips must meet the design requirements and construction specifications.
Inspection methods: Observation inspection and inspection of product factory certificates, test reports, and on-site sampling tests.
2. Basic items:
The waterproofing membrane is laid in rolls, and the overlap width is not less than 120mm. The joints are close and firm, without openings, false pasting, hollowing, etc.
The welding width meets the requirements of the specifications, and there are no leaks, false welds, or traces of scorching and melting.
The pressurization time for welding inflation inspection is not less than 2 minutes, the pressure is not less than 0.5Mpa, and the pressure drop is not more than 20%.
The welding inspection of handheld welding guns adopts visual inspection and mechanical inspection (i.e., flat-head screwdriver is used for inspection)
TPO waterproofing membrane empty laying system construction process
I. Base requirements
1. The base surface must be flat and smooth, without sand, hollows, sand holes and unevenness, and ensure that the moisture content of the base must be less than 9%
2. The corners, corners or embedded parts should be made into arcs or eight-shaped angles.
II. Process flow
Base surface cleaning → pre-laying TPO waterproofing membrane → hot air welding TPO waterproofing membrane → strengthening treatment of node parts → inspection and maintenance → organization acceptance
III.TPO waterproofing membrane construction steps
1. The base is clean and flat.
2. Pre-lay TPO waterproofing membrane, arrange the TPO waterproofing membrane on the base according to the elastic line control position, the membrane is flat and straight, no distortion, overlap width 100mm, and appropriate cutting is performed.
3. Coil overlap: Use a welding machine to weld each overlap edge. If a double welding seam is used, inflation detection is required.
4. Node processing: Cut the coil sheet suitable for the corresponding node, and use a handheld welding gun to weld the sheet to the large surface coil.
5. TPO waterproof coil end: The end is fixed with a U-shaped pressure strip and sealed with sealant.
IV. Acceptance standards
Guarantee items:
The materials, performance, specifications, etc. of waterproof coils and pressure strips must meet the design requirements and construction specifications.
Inspection method: Observation inspection and inspection of product factory certificates, test reports, and on-site sampling tests.

Lay waterproof coils by roll, the overlap width is not less than 100mm, the joints are close and firm, without opening, false sticking, hollowing, etc.

TPO roll full-bond system construction process
I. Base requirements
1. The base should be cleaned of dust and debris, and the residual mortar lumps and protruding parts on the surface should be cleaned. There should be no defects such as hollowing, cracking, sanding, and peeling.
2. The base should be dry, and the moisture content should be less than 9%.
3. The positive and negative corners of the base should be made into arcs or obtuse angles, and the radius of the arc should be greater than 20mm.
II. Process flow
Base surface cleaning → positioning and elastic line → node part strengthening treatment → large surface glue application → laying roll material → roll material overlap → end treatment → organization acceptance
III. Construction points
1. Clean the surface of the base, and clean up dust, sand, and debris.
2. Before laying, arrange the size on the surface of the uncoated base, and pop up the marking line as the reference line for laying the roll material.
3. Apply base glue on the base and additional layer of the roll material at the node parts such as the exhaust duct and the partition joint. At room temperature, dry for more than 5-10 minutes. When it is not sticky to the touch, you can paste the roll material as an additional layer.
4. Open the entire roll material and spread it flat on a clean and flat base to relax the stress of the roll material, and lift the roll material from one end and fold it in half at the other end. Apply the base glue on the base, and apply the base glue on the surface of the roll material. Leave 100mm at the joint without glue. The glue thickness should be uniform, and there should be no leakage or gel blocks. Let it air at room temperature for more than 5-10 minutes, and it can be attached when it is dry to the touch (not sticky to the touch).
5. The roll material connecting the iron paving plane and the vertical wall is carried out from bottom to top, and the seam is left on the plane. The roll material is more than 200mm at the corners. The short-side seams of the two rolls are staggered by more than 500mm, and the long side overlap is not less than 80mm.
6. Exhaust and rolling: After laying each roll, immediately use a roller to start from one end of the roll and roll it forcefully along the long side of the roll in sequence to exhaust the air completely and make the roll bond firmly.
7. Joint treatment: After the large surface is paved, at 100mm where the base glue is not brushed, turn the joint open and clean the overlap surface with solvent. After the solvent evaporates and dries, evenly apply the joint glue on both sides of the roll joint. Wait for about 10 minutes. When it is not sticky to the touch, you can stick it. Start from one end and squeeze out the air while sticking it with your hands. The overlapped joints are not allowed to have defects such as wrinkles and bubbles.
8. The waterproof layer roll ends in the grooves around or under the drip line, and the civil engineering unit uses cement mortar to seal it.
IV. Acceptance standards
1. Guarantee items
The roll and bonding materials must comply with the design and construction specifications, and the product factory certificate, test report, and on-site sampling test must be inspected.
The waterproofing layer of the roll material and its detailed treatment must comply with the design requirements and construction specifications.
2. Basic items
The base of the waterproofing layer of the roll material should be firm, the surface should be clean, the corners should be arc-shaped, and the base glue should be evenly coated without missing any coating.
The laying method, overlap and end of the waterproofing layer of the roll material should comply with the construction specifications, and the roll material should be laid neatly and overlapped evenly.
The short side overlaps of two adjacent roll materials should be staggered.
The width and position of the additional layer of the roll material should be correct.
The joints should be firmly bonded, tightly sealed, and free of damage defects.
